A Power Flow class incorporating light weights and other props for added resistance to strengthen all the muscles in the body while building endurance, stability, and CONFIDENCE. Expect to work to your edge and embrace getting uncomfortable while celebrating all you are capable of with an amazing community of people supporting your journey just as much as their own! The intention of this class is to smile while you balance those magical vibes of effort & ease, strength & stretch. Set to fun & energetic music to motivate and inspire! The foundation of this offering is yoga, therefore some basic yoga posture knowledge is encouraged, however all levels are welcome.
